Municipal Service Fees
This page provides information on approved tariffs for municipal services provided to the population of the Min-Bulak ayil aimag, as well as information on categories of citizens exempted from payment.
Tariffs for the use of drinking water
According to Resolution No. 43 of the Min-Bulak Ayil Kenesh dated June 21, 2024, the following tariffs for the use of drinking water were approved.

Tariffs for solid household waste collection and disposal
According to Resolution No. 64 of the Min-Bulak Ayil Kenesh dated August 2, 2024, tariffs for the collection and disposal of solid household waste were approved.
For business and commercial entities
The tariff for solid household waste collection is 310 KGS per 1 cubic meter.
When waste is delivered independently
For citizens and business-commercial entities that deliver solid household waste independently, the service fee for burial and disposal is 200 KGS per 1 ton.
Categories exempted from payment by 100%
According to Resolution No. 92 of the Ayil Kenesh dated September 9, 2024, certain categories are fully exempted from payment for the use of drinking water and solid household waste collection.
