Denizbek Samarbekovich Raimkulov
Head of the Ayil Okmotu of the Min-Bulak Ayil Aimak
Education:
Higher education. From 2001 to 2006, he studied at Jusup Balasagyn Kyrgyz National University, majoring in History, and received the qualification of a certified specialist — teacher.
Professional Experience:
From 2009 to 2010, he worked as a leading specialist in youth policy and sports at the Jany-Jer Ayil Okmotu.
From 2011 to 2012, he served as Head of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Sokuluk District State Administration.
From 2013 to 2017, he worked as Head of the Gavrilovka Ayil Okmotu.
From 2021 to 2024, he served as Head of the Ayil Okmotu of the Sadovoe Ayil Aimak, Moscow District, Chui Region.
From 2024 to 2025, he worked as Head of the Novopavlovka Municipal Territorial Administration under the Municipal Administration of the Bishkek Mayor’s Office for the Leninsky Administrative District.
Since September 3, 2025, he has been serving as Head of the Ayil Okmotu of the Min-Bulak Ayil Aimak.
Kerim Shabaneevich Ismaev
Deputy Head of the Ayil Okmotu of the Min-Bulak Ayil Aimak
Education: Higher education. From 2006 to 2011, he studied at K.I. Skryabin Kyrgyz National Agrarian University, majoring in Accounting, Analysis and Audit, and obtained the qualification of economist. From 2011 to 2014, he studied at the Kyrgyz State Law Academy under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and obtained the qualification of lawyer.
Professional Experience:
From 2012 to 2013, he worked as a military registration inspector at the Alexandrovka Ayil Okmotu.
From 2013 to 2019, he worked as a leading specialist — economist-statistician at the Alexandrovka Ayil Okmotu.
From 2019 to 2022, he served as chief specialist — lawyer at the Alexandrovka Ayil Okmotu.
From 2022 to 2024, he worked as Deputy Head of the Alexandrovka Ayil Okmotu.
From 2024 to 2025, he worked as chief specialist — lawyer in the office of the Ayil Okmotu of the Min-Bulak Ayil Aimak.
From 2025 to 2026, he worked as a leading specialist for security support in the office of the Ayil Okmotu of the Min-Bulak Ayil Aimak.
Since April 1, 2026, he has been serving as Deputy Head of the Ayil Okmotu of the Min-Bulak Ayil Aimak.
Azisa Tilebaldievna Kapaeva

Education: Higher education. From 1999 to 2004, she studied at Naryn State University, majoring in Electric Power Stations and Substations, and obtained the qualification of power engineer.
Professional Experience:
In 2010, she worked as a state language specialist at the Alexandrovka Ayil Okmotu.
From 2010 to 2015, she worked as a social protection specialist at the Alexandrovka Ayil Okmotu.
From 2015 to 2016, she served as chief specialist for social protection at the Alexandrovka Ayil Okmotu.
From 2016 to 2021, she worked as a leading specialist for social issues at the Alexandrovka Ayil Okmotu.
From 2021 to 2024, she worked as Executive Secretary of the Alexandrovka Ayil Okmotu.
From 2024 to 2026, she worked as a leading specialist for personnel matters in the office of the Ayil Okmotu of the Min-Bulak Ayil Aimak.
Since March 5, 2026, she has been serving as Executive Secretary of the Ayil Okmotu of the Min-Bulak Ayil Aimak.
