Practical assistance was provided to the “Taza-Bulak” Municipal Enterprise, which operates under Min-Bulak Ayil Okmotu, by the Union of Local Self-Governments of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The main purpose of this assistance was to support the improvement of the municipal enterprise’s activities, enhance the quality of services provided to residents, and promote the effective organization of communal services at the local level.

During the practical work, issues related to the current activities of the “Taza-Bulak” Municipal Enterprise, its service areas, organizational processes, and documentation were reviewed. The parties also discussed challenges encountered in the daily work of the enterprise, possible solutions, and proposals for improving the quality of municipal services.

Representatives of the Union of Local Self-Governments of the Kyrgyz Republic provided practical recommendations on the proper organization of the municipal enterprise’s work, service planning, communication with residents, reporting, and document management.

Special attention was also paid to ensuring the stable operation of communal services, the effective use of the enterprise’s material and technical resources, and strengthening responsibility in the provision of services to the population.

Min-Bulak Ayil Okmotu notes that such practical assistance contributes to strengthening the work of municipal enterprises, improving the quality of services for local residents, and positively influencing the socio-economic development of the ayil area.

Further work will continue to develop the activities of the “Taza-Bulak” Municipal Enterprise, improve service quality, and respond to the needs of the population.
