On March 26, 2026, a joyful and significant event took place in the Min-Bulak ayil area — the “Ak-Ilbirs” Youth Center officially opened its doors.
The center was established to support youth initiatives, develop young people’s knowledge, skills and civic engagement, and create conditions for implementing new ideas and useful projects.
This important project was implemented with the support of the Embassy of Japan in the Kyrgyz Republic and with the assistance of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Hirano Ryuichi.
The opening ceremony was attended by Niyazbek Egemkulovich Kozuev, Head of the Moscow District State Administration; Denizbek Samarbekovich Raiymkulov, Head of the Min-Bulak ayil area; active youth representatives; and representatives of UNDP in the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the event, participants highlighted the importance of the youth center, its future areas of activity, and the new opportunities being created for young people in the ayil area.
The “Ak-Ilbirs” Youth Center is not just a building. It is a place where ideas are born, initiatives are supported, knowledge and experience are gained, and a confident path toward the future is shaped.
The center will provide broad opportunities for young people to actively participate in public life, develop leadership skills, propose useful projects, and contribute to the development of the ayil area.
Min-Bulak Ayil Okmotu expresses its sincere gratitude to all partners who supported the implementation of this project, especially the Embassy of Japan in the Kyrgyz Republic, UNDP representatives, and the active youth who took part in the event.
